Service Personnel

The service personnel (door, box office, sound, lighting, bar staff and clean up) required by the venue for a Southland Ballroom event will be determined based upon the scope of your event and  billed to the client. The rate for the service personnel is based on a minimum 4 hour event. Depending on the scope of your event/production, additional labor may be required: stage hands, etc.

Catering

Southland Ballroom welcomes outside caterers. Proof of liability insurance will be required along with proper licenses and a satisfactory Wake County Health Dept score.

A $500 refundable deposit via cashiers check or cash is required from the caterer. This fee is refundable only after the caterer checks out with the Southland Ballroom management and only if the catering area(s) are left in the condition in which is was found as determined by Southland Ballroom management.
